No.One、Security
1.Must read this instruction before install,special notice security aspect item.
2.Seal's use、operating must have corresponding safeguards,avoid seal trouble cause pollute to ambient environment and hurt human.
NO.Two、Use
Operate personal install mechanical seal must have trained and have qualification.
NO.Three 、Install
1.Clack item before install
(1)Must consult the install mechanical seal whether suit the limits of work condition.When feeding medium temperature on the high side,too low or contain impurity,flammability,easy explode,poisonous,must adopt corresponding block seal,wash,cooling,filter etc measure.
(2）Check relevant hazard sign,examine install and connect size,check important axial direction on axis and seal box,radial size tolerance's accuracy.(axis or axis sleeve's glabrous degree not more than 1.6 micron,axis or axis sleeve toleranceh7,seal box face to pump axis bounce per 3cm aperture not more than 0.015mm.Axis's radial bounce should not more than 0.1mm,axial movement should not more than 0.15mm,"O" ring through axis sleeve's end horn part should have smooth over chamfer,axis shoulder chamfer is 3×10,end cover chamfer is:2~2.5×20°).
(3)Should read mechanical seal assemble chart careful(standard series product can refer to sample),ensure mechanical seal install size and permit different.
2.Mechanical seal instal attention items：
（1)The environment of install mechanical seal must clean,not have sand、dust etc.
(2)Install seal must careful、attentive,can not use strong force,can not knock on.
(3)Install mechanical seal's work space must big enough,can convenience personal work and examine.Work environment must security and non obstacles.
(4)For reduce attrition resistance,can smear lube or fat in at axis or axis sleeve,but should notic,when use ethylene-propylene rubber"O" ring, can not contact with mineral oil and fat,can use water or silicon oil clean and lubricate.(sea rubber bellow at NO.9)
(5)Static ring"O" ring should use water lubricate,impose out side pressure install static ring.
（6）When install layer deck cover PTFE,out layer joint must deviate from install direction.Fierce crook PTFE will cause lose efficacy.When install pure PTFE "O" ring,need enough time and litter force,avoid abrade,or else will cause lose efficacy.
(7)Can not use lube at seal face(hard face hard side can scrawl a litter clean silicon oil),the install process should at dry、no dust、clean work condition,seal face must keep clean state.
(8)Spring's rotate direction and about rotate axis rotate direction's mechanical seal(mean fixed rotate direction mechanical seal),look from static ring to rotate ring,dextrorotary axis needs right handed spring,contrarily for left rotate.
(9)Rubber bellow series mechanical seal,use water as lube push rubber bellow in axis,can not use lubricate oil,application pressure can only endure at spring seat.(After install PGM1 stye,should clack spring seat lug must close spring's end ring,to avoid rubber bellow break.
(10)When adopt screw rotate at axis(sleeve) mechanical seal,should adopt have edge concave end tight fix screw,make rotate part fix on axis firmly(have special requirement should refer to seal install chief chart).
(11)Soft graphite as assistant seal,should at dry condition,tightening through axis direction bolt order(can not across tighten at circle direction),make soft graphite sufficient twice transfiguration.
(12)When install soft graphite seal ring's static ring,should through enough press.Should ensure work face and axis line's vertical degree not more than 0.1mm.
NO.Four、 tartup:Must clack before startup
(1)All seal systems pipe fitting if whether already connect well,wether system at work condition.
(2)Pump and seal box whether full liquid.
(3)Whether seal box already let off air complete.
(4)Jigger check should handle resistance,but shouldn't have heaviness or clamping stagnation phenomenon.
NO.Five、 Operating
(1)Observe seal system's operation condition.
(2)Observe seal's leak condition.
(3)When observe operation must notice safety protection,avoid because of break out accident arouse personal hurt.
NO.Six、 Stop
When stop,system must keep open ordinary,to reduce temperature.
6.NO.Seven、 Maintenance
Need not maintenance when seal operate.
NO.Eight、 Take apart
(1)Take apart seal must keep away for safety,adopt necessary safety precaution.
(2)Check pump or equipment whether at no pressure estate.
(3)Check pump or equipment whether arrive at personal can complete contact temperature.
(4)Check pump or equipment whether let off liquid complete.
(5)Know the remnant liquid at pump or equipment's hurt degree to personal,adopt necessary safety precaution.
(6)Complete ground environment antipollution measures.
(7)Make correct disassembly according to pump and mechanical seal's structure.
NO.Nine、Store
(1)Seal must store at clean and normal temperature environment.
a.Store place without sunshine direct light;
b.Store place without sand、dust;
c.Store place without ozone、radioactivity material、corrosiveness gas;
d.Store place at relative humidity ≤65%;
(2)"O"ring's storage life≤2 year,expired"O"ring must change.
(3)Store two years seal please check seal face,use transfiguration seal need after repair.
