The packing(ring) seal's install and adjust method
Packing seal is easy harm assembly part at mechanical equipment as well as o ring seal ,the long or short of it use life has close relationship with install method,change operate method can refer to following step:
One.Before install new packing seal,must use special tool take out all used packing seal ring and clean the packing box,observe each part of packing box,whether have abrasion、bias and other defect,if discrepancy not conform to requirement,should repair or change;
Two .Lay the chose packing seal in clean chopping board or paper,avoid to paste sand or impurity;
Three .Must use mould briquetting before install,the method is use packing enlace at a stick diameter same as mechanical axis,use sharp knife cut according to 45°,use the cut off packing install in a mould have the same size with packing box(convenient for install,mould's in and out diameter respectively big and small 0.2mm than parking box),parking on press machine,use 300～500kgf/cm2 pressure press as ring shape;
Four .Use the press as ring packing,coat lubricate fast at surface,encase in packing box one by one,encase every ring,made it cut cross 30°,use woodiness axis sleeve deliver packing ring into the bottom of packing box,must press solid and parallel;
Five .Reciprocating machine,should put in guidance ring at packing box's two end and middle,to endure axis's gravity and keep it concentric movement;
Six.For improve seal's effect,can adopt choose two kinds or over two kinds packing or gasket make mix installation;
Seven.After install packing ring,fit on screw cover,use screw down method,make packing solid gradually;
Eight.Before formal operate,try to operate in no burthen condition,observe whether have unusual phenomena,then drive formal;after drive should observe detail,whether due to press is not solid,cause leak serious,or press too tight,sudden create abrasion hot,burnout packing's dangers;
Nine.After charge operate,should observe at any time,careful maintain,cooling lubricate system should keep normal,when leak serious,should adopt screw down press cover,but it's inadvisable press too tight at once.
